I'm Fi, I'm a person and I'm perfect just the way I am
This guest blog post was written by Fi.
Hey, I'm a bisexual girl in 2024. The reality of things is double-sided, like everything in this life. Dream with me of a world without discrimination and full of love and respect. It is as we wear a mask to like everyone.
In a wonderfully diverse world, embracing and expressing our authentic selves is a powerful act of self-love. As a bisexual individual, introducing myself becomes not only a revelation of my name but an opportunity to share a unique aspect of my identity. Join me on this inner journey.
This is me
I can be everything. But presenting myself as a bisexual person is a recognition of an aspect that colors my identity, an advantage in short. Yes, because all of us are works of art to be discovered and understood. I stand proudly at the crossroads of attractions, floating in the vast landscape of human connection.
Beyond labels
While I share my name and background, I find moments to intertwine with the shapes of my sexuality. It's more than just mentioning a label; it's an opportunity to take a look at the richness of my experiences, sometimes to relive them. Whether it's the realization of my identity or the process of accepting myself, each anecdote contributes to the tapestry of my story.
Being yourself reveals the true colors of the universe
We should always embrace authenticity without reservation. As I present myself, my authentic, original being comes from being true to my desires and attractions. It's a celebration of self-discovery and a testament to the courage it takes to live openly and freely. Let's drop the social and cultural masks. In life, we need to enhance our inner light and not hide it for fear of judgment.
We need to listen more
Showing up isn't just about being listened to; it's about creating space for understanding. While I actively listen to others, I foster an environment where
questions are welcome and dialogue is encouraged. Every interaction becomes an opportunity to dismantle stereotypes and misconceptions about sexuality, and gender identity.
We're not that different
When I interact with new people I look for points in common with those around me. Whether it's shared interests, passions, or experiences, finding commonalities creates bridges of connection and dialogue. By highlighting the universal aspects of our lives, I emphasize that, at our essence, we share more similarities than differences.
Inclusivity is strength
If you want to be civil and approachable people you need to recognize the importance of inclusiveness. Being a bisexual individual in group dynamics means contributing to a diverse narrative. It reminds us that embracing different sexual orientations enriches the collective experience. I would venture to say that it makes us more interesting.
Originality and style
Our Rainbow Hearts collection helps you to identify yourself as part of an eterogeny group with style. I'm very proud of my personality and originality which shows mine in different shades. With all the symbols embedded within the rings I'm free to explain my preferences and my needs when I meet someone of interested. These jewelleries are taught and studied to try to feel included and welcomed all members LGBTQ+ community. To gift a cuddle, to say ''Hey I'm thinking about you because you are important to me".
Mindset
To conclude, my presentation does not end with my name; it extends to defence and education. By promoting open conversations, I become an advocate for visibility and inclusiveness. Education becomes a natural extension of my introduction, breaking down barriers and promoting a more understanding and accepting community.
In a world where diversity is our greatest strength, presenting myself as a bisexual person, like myself, is an exaltation of the unique nuances that make up the spectrum of human identity, of my originality. It's an opportunity to contribute to a more inclusive, broad, and compassionate narrative. So, as I
confidently pronounce my name, I also affirm my commitment to enriching diverse human experiences.
I'm Fi, Italian, bisexual, a designer, curious, and with your help, I can be much more, also forword a ring or a phisical object.
