Inventory, Returns & Refund Policy

INVENTORY

As our products are handmade in Thailand in limited batches, we may not always have stock of every item. If a piece is 'Out Of Stock,' you can register to be notified by email when they're back in Stock. These orders take between 4-6 weeks to complete, and delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For urgent inquiries, email our team at hello@ourrainbowhearts.com.

Items listed as "in stock" on the website will be processed within 7 working days.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new jewellery. If not entirely satisfied, we offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase if returned in the original packaging.


For faulty items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll confirm your return in writing, and you should post the item to:

Note: You're responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We recommend using a secure delivery service with a signature for proof of receipt.

 Shipping charges incurred in relation to the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Tens.

Any charges incurred by Our Rainbow Hearts through a customer refusal (RTS / Return-to-sender) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the value of any refund.

If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Upon receiving the returned items, the Paypal account, credit, or debit card used for the purchase will be credited (excluding delivery charges). Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
